Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • All booking amounts paid to Daksh The Band are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
  • In cases where refunds are applicable (due to cancellations initiated by the band), they will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
  • Any third-party transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Advance payments made to secure event dates are considered confirmation of booking and cannot be transferred to another client.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1 Cancellations by Client

  • All payments made are non-refundable in the case of cancellations by the Client or cancellations due to any Natural Disaster.
  • The booking amount can be adjusted towards another event scheduled within 90 days, subject to the band’s availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 15 days before the event date.
  • If the rescheduled date falls during a peak season or high-demand period, additional charges may apply.

2.2 Cancellations by Band

  • In rare cases of band-initiated cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, accident, emergencies, force majeure), the full amount received will be refunded or the event will be rescheduled based on mutual agreement.
  • If rescheduling is chosen, the new event date will be confirmed without additional booking charges, subject to availability.

3. Event Changes by Client

  • Significant changes to the event (venue, timing, setup, travel requirements) within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges or cancellation without refund.
  • All changes must be communicated promptly in writing.

4. Force Majeure

Daksh The Band is not liable for non-performance or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation issues.
